Approaching from the East - Leave the A35 at Charmouth Exit on your left. Newlands is situated on the left hand side.

Approaching from the West - Stay on the A35 until you reach the roundabout at the top of Charmouth ignore the right turn to Charmouth go straight ahead on A35 for Dorchester -after approx 3/4 of a mile take 1st right hand exit for Charmouth.Newlands is just round the corner on the left hand side.
